Delivery

As Leamington’s independent leading timber merchants, Metcalfe Timber offers everything required for fencing, fence panels, fence posts, decking, gates, etc.

We offer free local delivery* on orders over £300 and for smaller orders we can arrange very competitive delivery prices.

Our Deliveries
We aim to provide a prompt, efficient delivery service. We use our own delivery trucks. Please notify us at the time of order if you site has specific access limitations.

Our standard delivery times are Mon-Fri 8-5pm and all delivery times given are only an estimate and given in good faith with information available at the time.

How to order
When placing your order we need all relevant information regarding any delivery restrictions. As a repeat customer please don’t assume you will necessarily get the same delivery vehicle.

We advise there is always someone present when goods are delivered. We are prepared to deliver without our customer being present but we don’t accept liability for theft or deterioration of any items delivered.

It is at the driver’s discretion where the deem it acceptable and safe to deliver. We will not return to move products if they are left in the wrong place. To ensure we are able to offer a prompt delivery service we can’t offer to move goods by hand to different areas of the property or site.

If you know that your goods will need to be moved by hand, please consider having arrangements in place prior to placing an order.
